Annoying pop ups for taking a 'dumb test'?

i get the same pop up a lot and its annoying. its this dumb test they keeps popping up, mostly wen im on facebook or myspace. how can i stop this without downloading anything?

use your pop-up blocker

Go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Turn on pop-up blocker

If your pop up blocker is on, you shouldnt be having troubles with it...I guess there is nothing else you can do

I am having the same problem and pop-up blocker in on its highest level. Is this a virus?
