Annoying younger brother? Won't leave me alone?

He is 8, and he always will start fights with me. I try to tell my parents, but they really don't do anything to make him stop (the most they will do is send him to his room for a while). He blames everything on me, and my parents will usually side with him. He'll just randomly run up to me and hit/punch/yell at me. Also, he'll run into my room and take my CD's and stuff without me knowing. I'm just so sick of not being able to do anything about it! Even worse, he acts like a little angel in front of everyone else! It is so annoying! Please help!

Wow what a booger! Well do you ever re-act to the things he does to you if you do just don't re-act because he probably likes it when you re-act just act like you don't care.
