Annulment how long, etc?

I married a foreigner about 4 months ago. I have not lived with her or shared any bills and even can not get in touch with her. She filed with my signature but it's ok because I'm not going to the interview plus th INS wants other documents that I did not provide. I have not the money for a lawyer now but how late after the marriage can I apply for an annulment? What if I can not find her then (or now?) how much is it?

I was married in San Francisco

  1. .   YOu can get an annulment at any time.  Now or in 20 years.  It makes more sense to do it now.  You will mail all notices to her "last known address".  You don't even need a lawyer.  Talk to the Clerk of the Superior Court and she will help you.
