Yes. It's a nce frozen treat without the guilt. My kids love them as a quick healthy snack

i freeze the frube ones for my sons lunchbox as they help keep it cold. by lunchtime they are defrosted and ready to eat.   i havent tried freezing ordinary yogurts tho. i lived in middle east for years and there they froze small cartons of buttermilk in small grocery shops. my kids used to love them

When my daughters were in school, I always put a frozen yogurt in their lunch (wrapped in aluminum foil).  It kept the lunch cold, and they had frosty yogurt to eat for lunch:)   It works best with pre-stirred though (not fruit on the bottom)

No. The ones i buy always say do not freeze. I can imagine frozen they're very nice!
