  1. If your parents aren't going to listen to you and believe you, then you need to go to the next trusted adult -a teacher or a friends parent; SOMEONE that will believe you and can help you get help!

If you think that you're relapsing, then you probably are. The fact that you're able to realize that you have a problem, that's a good thing! Just try to get help as soon as you can, talk to a friend or someone that can help! Don't let your parents tell you that you're fine or that you're just being insecure; they're not really listening to you! That doesn't mean they don't care about you... Just find someone else that you can trust that can get you help :)

  2. well it's geat you realize what you are doing and trying to fix it (most girls don't).  you should really find somebody to talk to.  my mom helped me a whole lot and now i'm a whole lot better than i was before.  also, remember that people care about your personality and how you are, more than how you look. i know that's hard to think about but just try to understand. also, try and stop reading the calories and stuff on boxes and just eat when you are hungry.  make sure and have a big breakfast, too, i found that helps alot.  good luck and i will pray for you!!!:)

  3. get someone to help you as fast as you can. otherwise it could be too late. someone you can trust like really trust. but when you tell the person be totally serious or they won't think you're serious and don't listen to you

  4. Thats bad if noone believes you :S But i do.

Stay strong, you can get through this. Just believe that you can.

Maybe try eating for the people starving in Africa instead of all us people in the west who are constantly wasting food just because we have plenty.

If you wanna talk, my email address: AliceSayles@hotmail.co.uk

Stay strong, you WILL beat anorexia!!

  5. It's really great that you realize you have a problem and you want to get better! Officially: since you aren't below the recommended weight what you have is called EDNOS (Eating disorder not otherwise specified), not anorexia; and that's a really good thing. You need to start speaking with a psychologist. Be honest and tell them what's going on and how you feel about everything, they will be able to find you help.
