  1. Eating disorders RARELY (read: virtually never) remit on their own. They may go "underground" for a bit or morph into another form (e.g., moving from bulimia to anorexia), but to disappear entirely without intervention is next to impossible.

The wise move, if you want to live some semblance of a normal life, is to get into treatment. Right away.

Eating disorders, when left untreated, will haunt you for a lifetime.

And that's a sad but very accurate guarantee.

The steps you choose to take now (or not to take) are up to you, but it is important that you are aware that your actions at this point may largely determine the quality of your life many years into the future.

    Make a wise decision.

  2. well since you were a bulimic (i am if u wanaa tlk imelissa34@yahoo.com) its common to not eat or skip meals.

but you should talk to a n adult you trust (notice i didnt say parents cus for me its hard to tell them) it can be your mother tho.

  3. If you're not eating a lot then try to eat at regular times even if your not hungry. It might make you more accustomed to eating regularly.
