Anorexia recovery and eating again?

im anorexic in recovery.

i am 14 yrs old, 5ft tall and 80 lbs.

ive basiaclly been eating 600-700 calories for 3-4 months.

how many calories should i eat now that i want to recover.

i want to gain some weight but not too much and i want to gain it steadily while increasing my metabolism and fixing it.

about how many calories should i eat a day?

or should i just stop counting calories and jsut eat normal meals and snacks?

help please!

  1. stop counting calories. eat three meals a day and sometimes snacks in between. once you get up to 110 lbs, i think ur normal. to help your metabolism, a good thing is to exercise a little, NOT a lot. dont over-do it. i'd say 1/2 hour exercise a day for a normal, busy person.  good luck! hey i'm willing to talk if u need to. emails on my page. :o)
