  1. I suggest you find yourself a good nutritionist, they are experts and will be able to help you.

What I suggest you do is start off eating 5-6 meals per day, but small meals... this will help your digestive system get used to food and it won't need to work as hard. Don't eat 3 huge meals a day, split it into 6 small meals - just make sure you're getting enough calories.

Also, if you have trouble eating more food you could try fitting in some meal replacements or shakes. I am also trying to gain weight and I drink 2 shakes everyday containing 300ml whole milk + banana + honey + whey protein powder. It contains a lot of calories and it's pretty easy to drink.

You could also try taking some digestive enzymes to help digest your food better, but you should really speak to a professional before starting them in your situation.

    Good luck.

  2. The recovering anorexic needs professional guidance (both physical and mental) if she is to succeed in beating the disease. I wish you the absolute best in your recovery.
