  1. That sounds more like depression than anorexia.  There's usually a body image or weight loss goal with anorexia as well as a pattern longer than 3 days.  In general though, what you're doing is a bad idea.  I'm assuming you're relatively young since you live at home.  Try figuring out what's bothering you and deal with it.  In the mean time, force yourself to eat regular meals, they don't have to be huge, but your body needs it.  A couple of days isn't the end of the world, but get yourself back on track before it gets out of hand.

  2. Are you depressed or stress about your weight and that's why you are not eating? If this is so, you might be anorexic. However if you are not eating because of other issues in your life that are not related to your weight/appearance, then I think a lot of people are like that. I know lots of people and including myself, that when upset, stress or sad don't each as much... Either way prolonged periods of time where you are not consuming enough healthy calories can be dangerous. Ideally you need between 1800 to 2000 calories a day and at least 30- 60 minutes of exercise. Less calories if your are less active. If you are truly upset consult with you parents or a counselor so you can get on track to a health life style! Best of Luck!
