Anorther Question About Baby Bunnies Again!?

1.Is it better to get the bunny when its a baby so it will be used to me when it get older.

2.Is it a good idea for me to adopt a baby bunny rather than buy one.

3.Where Can i find a white netherland dwarf bunny in Texas.

4.i tried petfinder but they dont have any in my area do you know any orther websites like petfinder.

5.How many times a week should i give the carotts or treats or does it really matter

1.yes and no it doesnt matter if you work with it.

1. Yes it is a wonderful idea to get it before it grows into an adult rabbit.

2. Either choice is a good one, but if you buy one from a pet store make sure that it's healthy and was never abused. If it was abused then it will not be kind to the human touch.

3. Search google with something like "rabbit breaders in Texas" That's how I found a dwarf rabbit breader here in West Virginia.

4. I don't know of any.

5. While it's a baby it may not like things such as lettuce and carrots. Every other day after it's about 7 weeks old try feeding it a piece of grass everynow and then until one day it eats it and enjoys it  :)

PS: bunnies LOVE raisins for treats  :)  

also put a tiny bit of dry oatmeal in their food :)

it's a great treat for them but if you put too much it will give them diahrea.

Any rabbit makes a good pet young or old. I just got a new rabbit ( my fourth ) and hes an black old min lop. He follows me and cuddles with me. It is better to adopt one bec that way you dont saport rabbit mills. NTRS might have netherland dwarf and they also sit rabbits. Twice a week or so for fruit and veges almost every day. Make shure the rabbit has somewhere to run so that it can burn of the fat from all that yummy food you will be giving it.
