Another *69 question?

i dont think i am doing this right. i dialed the *69 thing, but then right when i put the phone to my ear, it goes BEEP BEEP BEEP and ends the call right away! does that mean it was a private number, or did i do it wrong?

im not getting ur situation here

but if you;re trying to call someone, and you dont want ur numer to appear on their caller id, then you dial *67 and then the number you're calling

so if you dial *67, it means your call is going private to the person ur calling

*69 tells the last person who called you

*67 blocks your #

also for *69 you have to have it as part of your phone plan of it may not work ... if it was a private # and you have *69 on your plan then it will say "the last number is unknown"

It was private. *69 won't work with private calls
