Another AFL dud decision?

The AFL has come up with some real garbarge rules lately.

The team that finishes at them bottom should get the draft pick. Why should a team get it if they dont get the wooden spoon.

I started to give you an answer, I actually had it written so you can understand it. But the more I read your question, the more I got confused. All teams get draft picks, but the clubs with 4 or less wins get priority picks, as well as draft picks.

The extra pick should go away. All the teams get their normal draft pick, discussion is underway again, like in past years at the end of the season. Carlton is appearing to tank (no effort, lose on purpose) in order to assure they get an EXTRA pick.

Yeah they should stop mucking with the rules. Afl is successful as it is.  Sometimes the top draft pick aint the best there is more than one great player out there. Judd was pick number 3. It just depends on the clubs ability to get the right picks for their game plan.

Anyway I dont believe in tanking. There is a reason the bottom teams are on the bottom, by blaming tanking it takes all th credit away from the better team on the night.
