Another Bronx Science Question?

Im gonna be a freasman at Mari Curie than Im transfering to Bronx Science next year. My question is, on the practice tests I get 33/50 on the math and 50/50 in reading, can I pass with that compared to that? Before I used to get 25/50 on math so I guess I've improved and continue to improve until Nov. same for reading.
