Yes.  They must believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ like everyone else.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is this:  The truth is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal h**l is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe this and you are saved!

Please pray now: "Jesus, please forgive me of my sins. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and You rose from the dead. Thank You for eternal life!" You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die. :)

Can a first grader become a real Atheist? When you observe children at a young age, you see a beautiful innocents; They don't see colour, creed or religion. They see fellow human beings for potential friendship and nothing more. That innocence is gradually taken away. Why? Because their 'enlightened' parents want them to be what they perceive the world should be: Atheist, Christian, Muslim... the list goes on. They already have God inside them. It's us who take it away from them. God bless.

no...Christianity is for sinners who are forgiven of their sins. what sins can a child commit since they are still innocent and pure? Jesus said that the kingdom of heaven belongs to children & anyone who does not accept the kingdom of God like a small child will never enter it. now when the child grows up and sins they must definitely become Christian.

Jesus used a child as an example of faith to his disciples.  "Unless you become like this little child", He said, "you will not enter the kingdom of heaven".  

It's only adults that think a 7 year old can't know, clearly, who Jesus Christ is.
