Another Death in Bridgend

Something strange is happening in that place, so many suicides in such a short space of time.

What do you think might be driving the young people do take their own lives?

There is something sinister going on down there, Mark my words there is a serial killer in Bridgend and he/she is very clever.

If I had a teenage son or daughter and lived there, I 'd send them to stay with a relative far away. This is really a bizarre happening, Could be a cult thing, but how come no one can say why it's happening? Very strange.

Crikey, how many teenagers are left in Bridgend anyway, there can't be many.

some thing is going on in bridge end, the police cant find out what is happening to the young lives being lost , if there is no work move out  where there is work , but i think it is a bit more then that and i don't think the police is taking it seriously enough

To me it just seems like a place full of people, wallowing in their own self pity and just don't have the motivation to get off their arses and do something constructive with their lives

Yes they live in a shithole, they may be depressed about not having many prospects etc but so are lot of other people

Suicide isn't the answer

I don't have sympathy for people like that

A very clever serial killer may be on the loose.....One who has maybe worked in forensics/ crime units etc.....

I personally think it is despair, we have had an 'epidemic' of suicides in my small town, it is really frightening to think all these young people see no future.

There is a lot of poverty in that part of Wales and I think that the prospect of a dire life just overcomes these people. Obviously drink and drugs have played a part in some of the deaths too, it is very sad and hopefully the vicious cycle will soon stop.
