A man who lies every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday says, "I told the truth yesterday.'' What day of the week is it?

  7. sunday. although it really could be any day since you didn't say that he ***only*** lies every Mon, Wed, and Fri.. that is, you didn't say that he was incapable of telling the truth on those three days.

    You also didn't clarify whether the man is incapable of telling a lie on the other four days.

    Nope, too much ambiguity for it to be a logical riddle.

  11. Well, to me, he wouldn't be telling the truth at all. Just because it says he lies them three days doesn't necessarily mean the other days he tells the truth.

    So for me. He doesn't tell the truth.

  12. Sunday.  He told the truth on Sunday to say he told the truth on Saturday.  

    If he said that on Monday he would be lying which means that Sunday would have been a lying day too which you do not state as a lying day.
