Another Photoshop tool I can use?

I'm trying to make my friends glasses look cool, I want to put more contrast and brightness to them. But It's really hard to select them through the ways I know. Is there an easy way I can do it?

what way that you know?

i think you can try use magic wand or magnetic lasso tool first. than repair the selection using lasso to plus (while press shift button) or minus (while press alt button) the selection. can you understand? sorry i'm not very good in english
