  1. 3/4 ^-3= 4/3 ^1/3 which is the 3rd root of  4/3 to the 1st power which is equaled to 64/27

  2. the minus meaans we flip the fraction = do the reciprocal

    (4/3)^ 3

now distribute the 3rd power to the numerator and denominator

    4^3/ 3^3

    64/27

    there u go

  3. It changes to (4/3)^3 = 64/27

  4. negative exponents flip the fraction

so, (3/4)^-3 is the same as (4/3)^3

once you have positive exponents you can just cube each number.

    The answer is therefore 64/27

  5. (4/3)^3 = 64/27

    I'm sure you'll understand now!
