Another beardie question?

how many days or weeks after i buy a beardie should i give it to get used to his surroundings before handling it?

bearded dragons can take 1-2 weeks to get used to their surrounding, i guess whatever time you feel he is totally settled in.

thats what i did with mine and after he was pretty use to his suroundings

2 weeks minimum. You don't really need that long though. You could sneak in some holdings inbetween.

I would say about a week. But I would open his/her cage and just let him get used to your smell by softly petting him and changing his water bowl.
