Another dream?? plzzz help?

last night i dreamt that i was watching my chemical romance videos on my computer, when something happened (i don't really remember but i think it was war)..anyway, my sisters came over to me and told me that mom and one of my best friends were dead...but i didn't care i just continued watching videos!!!!!!

plz tell me what it means cuz it was really scary!!!!

Bad dreams and nightmares  can be caused by depressions or things you see (Movies Videos) and things you hear.  If you are watching videos on death you will most likely dream of death.  If you think of my chemical romance you will dream of it.

All this stuff is in your mind.  The best thing to do is watch something funny (like family guy) before bed to calm yourself and get you mind off of it.

If you continue to have these dreams see a psychologist, their not just for insane people.
