Another e-bay question.?

Question

Purchased an item and recieved it yesterday, it was not as described so left negative feedback.

I explained to the seller what was wrong with the item and said i would be returning it so could i have your address.

She replied with can you remove feedback first

You should have attempted to contact the seller before leaving feedback.  

You will probably end up having to file a complaint.  Did you use pay pal?

If so, they have a section which helps in filling a complaint, it's the resolution center.
