  1. brandon  jacobs

  2. Rudi Johnson is better, he is slowing down but Brandon Jacobs is still unproven to carry the load and has competition with Bradshaw.

Dont be surprised if Bradshaw beats out B-Jacobs by midseason he is more versatile while B Jacobs is only a straight ahead runner. Bradshaw can go inside/outside and catch passes.

Rudi is at least a 300 carry back and will produce simply on the number of attempts. Plus he is proven.

If your asking because you need a number 3 back I would take Tom Jones or Edge over these guys due to schedule strength and their ability to catch out of the backfield.

I think Edge will have a surprisingly good year, because he is in a contract year!!! dont sleep like everyone else definitely a solid 5th or 6th round pick!!! plus 300 carries are guaranteed...

  3. I heard last night (on ESPN I believe) that Rudi is back at full strength and has in fact added some muscle.  If he is back to his old self, I would take him over Jacobs in a heartbeat.  Rudi has been a very underrated fantasy RB for years- before last year he had 1300-1400 yards and 12 tds for three years in a row, which puts him at the lead of the second tier of RBs.  Jacobs, by contrast, has been the #1 back for one season, and only played 11 games last year.  Also, with Rudi you only need to handcuff one player (Kenny Watson, and if you draft Rudi I would be sure and get Watson), while with Jacobs you have to figure out who will be the #2 back- Bradshaw? Droughns? Ward?

Both guys have risk, but I would go for the Johnson/Watson handcuff first.

  4. WHAT WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE  A BJ OR RJ HAHA IF YOU CHOSE CORRECTLY THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHO IS RIGHT FOR YOU I HOPE

  5. I would say that Brandon Jacobs is the better of the two running-backs, because the Giants are a much more stable team than the Bengals at the moment.  With all the problems the team has had over this off-season, I would be inclined to stay away from them.  Plus, Rudi is getting hurt more and more in recent seasons, and Jacobs is still very young and is a very powerful runner
