  1. WISH IT WAS THAT EASY ...........HE'S BUILDING A CASE ON HOT AIR & SMOKE <<>> OR SO IT SEEMS

ALL THESE ROTTEN LITTLE b******s ARE COVERED UNDER THE SAME 1ST AMENDMENT THAT YOU WANT TO USE TO JAIL "Em" .........AND THROW AWAY THE KEY

  2. How does that have anything to do with the first amendment?

You linked to a pollution control suggestion.

  3. that would be unconstitutional my conservative friend.

  4. And conservatives should be steralized to save humanity?

  5. what country do you live in? must not be usa, cuz we based this country on FREEDOM which mean we can rant and rave about anything we want even if it is hate speech.... actually you could be put in jail for doing what you want to do which is to imprison someone for the words they speak - you are a threat to the constitution of the usa - no? think about it if you can without your brain overloading

  6. I have found nothing in that article that suggest Mr.Hansen will say anything that he is not within his constitutional rights,so my conclusion is you best study and obied by constitutional law so you wont find your self in the position you hope for Mr.Hansen!

  7. Even the conservative spank-buddy GWB "came out" that Global Warming is a problem.

    So where have you been?

  8. Some positions just come with responsibility.  If the president of the USA came out with racist remarks all the time he'd be fired.  In certain positions there are things you just should not say.  You have the freedom to say what you want, but if you're an idiot there will always be consequences.

Jail would be insane.  The oil company bosses have a responsibility to tell the truth and not deliberately twist things, but it would be wrong to put them in jail.  The constitution is NOT infallible, so it's idiotic to judge things in those terms, but in this case I am on its side.

  9. No, nobody can be put in jail for saying something against the government, The Constitution has the final say in any Judicial matter.

There was only one time in our history that we did that, but that was a long time ago. (possibly for the Bill of Rights)

it was the The Sedition Act... It made it a crime to publish "false, scandalous, and malicious writing" against the government or its officials. Enacted July 14, 1798, It expired March 3, 1801.

You can really only be jailed if your not going about it peacefully.

Although throughout all of our history our government has scrutinazed peoples actions waiting for them to s***w up then jail them so they can no longer speak out.... A good example of this is in the Movie "The U.S. vs. John Lennon" You can look it up on google video or download it.
