Another lighting reef question metal halide?

15000k 500watt metal will this setup work for a reef aquarium if i am trying to setup a reef with live rock, coral, and anemone. I know that 500 watts is plenty enought for a 50 gallon but dont know about the kelvin of 15000

yes MH is the best light bulb u can get for reef tanks. i have 66 watts on my 29 for soft corals. 500watts is more than enough for soft, sps and lps hard corals.
