Ok. So I've asked quite a few questions on here in the past few days. If you look @ my q/a you can see them.

Soo...im going to drivers ed in an hour. And im feeling a little emotional. And im afraid I might break down there. But there is no way I can miss this class bc we are taking our final and are not allowed to mis this class.

And there is a substitute. So later she (my teacher) is gonna call me to schedule drive times. But im saving my break down (it has to happen) for after drivers ed so I don't look like ****. And im afraid when she calls I will be crying. So idk. Im really nervous about that.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you

  1. I'm sorry you are feeling so down.

It is very exciting that you will be getting your drivers license.

Think about how nice this will be.

Sometimes when I think I will cry out of control and at the wrong time, I will bring a bottle of water to sip on.  Close your eyes and take a deep slow breath.  Tell yourself that you are going to save your crying for later on.  Distract yourself while you are there.  Good Luck.

  2. What are you having a breakdown about?  Is your health okay?  Are the members of your family okay?  If so... then there is nothing you need to worry about too much.  Why can't you cry now?  I have never cried for over an hour.  And who cares if you are crying when your teacher calls.  Just stop, and try to talk normally.  It's not a big deal, even if she notices.  Just tell her that you are having boy problems or are in a fight with your friend.  It will be okay, hunny.
