Another myspace question?

I have a myspace and I'm not really sure how to change my background.People have helped me do it but i really didn't catch on but i know it says copy and paste to the about me section.But my friend say put it somewhere like the heroes section.So i copy and paste to the hero section and nothing happened....And i've done this several times(like 3 or 4) and now on my profile i messed up and most of my old background is missing=\ How do i get out of this mess? And how do i change my background??? PLEASE help me! thanks=]

The background can ONLY go in the "about me" section and it has to be first before you add any other pictures or anything to that section.  

Go to places like this for backgrounds.. copy and then paste that code into the about me box.
