once again the useless nations security council fails to act on another destructive dictator,mug a be (zimbabwe)a (black)man that has destroyed a country,economy and killed so many people.the u.n.security council run by china and russia vetoed any action against him.can the security council be scrapped,or at least be converted to majority rule? p.s.no nonsense answers about "soverien countries" iraq and afghanistan are 'soverien'countries.

Yes the veto is a pain in the ar*e and in my opinion used far to many times especially by the US and Russia.A majority vote would be far more democratic.At least that way many more things would get done.

The Security Council should have a majority vote. Because of international alliances, a bad country can have its firend get it. This friend can veto anything to do with harming a bad country.
