What is the record for most goals scored by one team in a single season? How many was it? what team/year? and who led that team in goals that year?

On the other end of the spectrum, what is the least amount of goals scored by one team in a single season. What team/year? How many? who led that team in scoring?

We'll keep the time frame from the 1950's to the present....................................

  1. Most goals  Edmonton 1983-1984  446 goals lead by Wayne Gretzky at 87

  2. I go in a meeting and then you address another question my way...making me feel embarassed.. ;)

I think everybody has this question covered.

I have to go to the doctor in a few minutes, so wait unitl later this afternoon.

  3. Most goals, I'll assume it was the 83-84 Oilers with 446 GF led by Wayne.

Least goals I guess would have to be around 1950 with the short season.

Edit - Wayne had 87 goals that season I believe, and over 100 assists, 200 pts.

    Least GF - 53-54 Hawks with a hurrendous 133

Led by....Sid Abel?  There weren't many other guys on that team that I could name, if any.  Maybe Bill Gadsby.
