Another one for you Jeep guys?

Question

I bought some mirror relocating brackets for my YJ. They mount to the lower windshild mount.

My problem is I cant get the screws out, they just turn.

Is there nuts on the backside of these or what, I can't see anything when I look up in the dash?????

Or is there something wrong here?????

I think I read about someone with the same problem recently. Might have been on a forum . I think there is an opening on the under side of the windshield frame that you can get access to the nuts from. You'd have to drop the windshield to get to them if that's the case.
