  1. Its all about what feels right to your feet. Gel pads prevent you from feeling the floor properly and while they may save your feet from blisters they may prevent you from using your feet properly.

  2. yeah it really depends but i find the gel ones annoying because you usually need to get a size of pointe shoe a little bigger i'm currently using ouch pouches because they arent as big and you dont need to get bigger shoes so therefore you pointe shoes fit better.

  3. I use ouch pouches and tape my toes if i get blisters, i personally don't like gel pads, as you have to get bigger shoes, and i find that you can't feel the floor as well.  Sorry but i have never seen that padding before so i can't really help on that front.

  4. it all depends on what type of padding you need they look like they would work fine if that  is where you need the padding for the shoes

  5. If you are new to pointe... yes this is a good choice because you are not using to much padding, but you are still getting the amount you want while you can still feel the floor. I used these a few years ago when I was first starting point, they worked very well, except they made my feet really sweaty!

    Hope this Helps!!!   ♥
