what is ''security center integration'' i saw this option the first time i downloaded it and i don't know ifi need it or not.

does it affect the scanning process or effectiveness at all?

  1. forget spybot...uninstall it and download the free version of superantispyware.....it is far superior to spybot and alot lighter on system resources...and it plays nice with other programs...cheers


  2. To answer your question,

    Security Center Integration refers to your Windows Security Center (found in the Control Panel) and its ability to see that you have Spybot registered as a Spyware/Malware protection tool. So if you say Yes, Windows Security Center will see acknowledge malware protection from Spybot.

    In response to the first post, you can have both SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot S&D installed, which I would suggest doing. SUPER is better at malware removal, Spybot is better with spyware protection.
