Another question about roth iras?

ok....i was wondering if its a good idea to start out with a fidelity freedom 2040, or the same with vanguard or t rowe price , which would be the best to do so with, its hard to trust someone elses judgement when it comes to my money working for me , thats why im a little leery about going that route, any feedback would be helpful, thanx
