Okay, I unfortunately don't remember much at all about this song, but it's driving me crazy. I remember hearing it on the radio between the late '90's, early 21st century: around 2000 or so. It was sung by an English woman (or at least a woman with a similar accent to Brittain).

What reminded me of this song was Katy Perry's "I kissed a girl" - the way she describes women. The s**y lips etc.
Any (real) suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I would check the radio station, but it's been quite awhile by now =).
