Another rebate question?

Irs web site says that rebate check will be mailed on June 27. Irs letter says it should be received by june 27. In other peoples experience what has happened? Was it mailed from the Irs on the day the schedule provided or should it have come by then??

The wording on the letter is poor.  It's the date it will be mailed by.
