my son is currently with his biological father for summer visitation. i was recently notified by a child protective services worker that my son had to be pulled from his father's house because it was determined, after she did a short interview with the two of them, that he is not allowed unsupervised visits with my son. since he is in his father's custody for the month his father can say where he can live...which he chose his parent's house. now, these people don't follow the rules so i know that he's going to be seeing him unsupervised.
question one: what has to be going on there for there to be supervised visits? what did he do that was so bad?
question two: do i have the right, as his mother and custodial parent to take my son out of the grandparent's house being that he is on a court ordered visitation with his father, not grandparents?
(i'm going to talk to the case worker when i get off the phone with my lawyer here in a few hours...i can't reach 'em!)
thanks for your help.
