Another thing about Diamond version pokemon?

i have a roselia and I'm trying to get a roserade but my roselia is Level 40 and still hasn't evolved yet!whats wrong with it?

Rosilia only evolves into a Roserade when you give it a Shiny Stone

your could train it to level 100 and it still wouldent evolve because you need to give it a shiny stone for it to evolve

Roselia will evolve into a Roserade if you use a Shiny Stone on it. A shiny stone can be found on Iron Island.

You need to use a Shiny Stone on the Roselia for it to evolve into Roserade. You get a Shiny Stone inside Iron Island and on the Route between the Battle and Resort areas, after beating the Pokemon League. The Shiny Stone evolves Togetic into Togekiss as well.
