I like the Holt/Manning side..

LT is really good,,,but not untouchable.

It really depends on the rest of your team.  If you have horrible WRs and QBs, but great RBs, you should take the trade.  Also, Big Birds needs to keep in mind that Peyton Manning is hurt.  He might not deliver too well.

I think that if you're the team with LT and you have decent WRs and a good QB, do not accept the trade.

I'd have to take a look at the rest of your team. But I would definitely consider it if you are weak at QB and have good RB depth.
