Another urine question. ?

Ok so before I got pregnant I had frequent UTIs and rather foul smelling urine. I am now 18 weeks and leaking what I assume is urine or just discharge and it definitely has a foul odor. Every time I go to the dr they say my urine looks good so I'm gathering it's not a UTI. So is it normal for the "leakage" to stink? Ha sorry this is kinda TMI but thanks in advance to all the help!

I would say that the smell is not normal unless there is some sort of infection. And in pregnancy the infection HAS to be treated or it could cause pre mature labor and all kinds of other problems. So I'd do what one of the other people said. Go to your doctor and insist that they check you for a bacterial infection.

Have you had a swab takin to make sure you dont have a bacteria infection? i had this early preg which was treated with antibiotics, i would keep on at ur doc/midwife about it, its defo not normal. its normal to have slight discharge during pregnancy but not smelly!

it could be a bacterial infection such as bacterial vaginosis which is completely normal in pregnancy....when pregnant, the PH is off in your v****a which can sometimes make you prone to infection....no stress, just contact your physician.

did they check you for an std.. that is what comes to mind with the foul smell. not that i am being mean. but when i went to dr first time they checked for everything
