  1. Wakatta means got it.

    Ah is yeah.

  2. "iitomo" is most casual expression.

127000000 people in Japan know it.

  3. Yes

    hai, eheh, unh

    OK

    ok

    alright

    haihai

    sure

    atarimaeh, machigai nai, maji

    got it

    wakattayo, iiyo, ryokai sitayo

  4. 'Ee' is a more casual translation for yes.

For ''ok, alright, sure, got it'' you may say ''wakatta or simply okke''

  5. The obvious one that you stated yourself is "hai".

    Then there are:

Ee it sounds a bit softer and more gentle

    Aa used mainly by guys

Wakatta means "I understand" but is informal and therefore, impolite if you are conversing with a stranger

    Wakatteru means "I know"

Wakarimashita/wakarimasu means "I understand" and is formal

Sou is "Yes, really" but I recommend using "Sou desu" just to be polite

Un is kind of like "Yup" but it has to be short, it can't be "Uun" [with a slight change in tone, "uun" means no while "un" means yes]

Ii is "alright" but to be safe, I recommend using "Ii desu"

I hope this helped a bit.
