Granada boss, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Juan-Antonio-c19650 Anquela, has admitted that they did went for the training camp this week in order to react to a desperate situation.

The whole club went for a four-day training camp near Malaga in order to get ready for their next match in the Primera Division.
The Andalusians have not had a fine start to the season. As for now, they have slipped to the drop zone after their run of poor results lately.
When asked about why they went for the four-day training camp, Anquela said his team needed to get away from all the tension that is surrounding the club. He believes they needed some kind of tranquillity so that they get their bearing right again.
“Yes, we needed the tranquillity this retreat offered. Anything to get away from everything, now that the issue has become so difficult.”
The tactician is now hoping his team will come together and fight as one.
“Let’s see if we can now join the team together in all facets.”
The 55-year-old revealed how desperate his team is. He believes the time out together will help his side to refocus.
“So we have had more time together and we will see if that has helped, because the truth is we are a bit desperate in this situation.”
At the moment, Granada are truly going through a tough time. There are also reports that a defeat in this weekend’s encounter with Real Sociedad could be the end of Anquela. However, the Spanish tactician is not bothered by that.
He mentioned that he is always calm and collected and believes his team is doing all the right things. He also stated that their only problem is that they are not getting the results they need to climb the table.
“I am always calm. I think we are doing things right, we are working hard and the football will reward us, if not now then soon.”
“The only thing missing from the team is the result to accompany the good performance.”
A win against Sociedad at the Nuevo Los Cármenes stadium could ease the problems of the Andalusians and take them out of the relegation zone.
