Go to a bowling alley! Most people just sit around and eat, instead of bowl. It's really fun. I've had friends who did that your age and older. Or you could go to a BDub's or a nice steakhouse or something with a bunch of your friends and they bring balloons and stuff and then go to your house for a sleepover! I did that for my 18th Birthday! LOL. Take a camera and get a hott waitor! LOL =]

try like a drive in (sonic or dogndsuds) or a classy place like olive garden. seafood is always loungey or one of those japanese restaurants where they cook the food infront of u.

Night on the town in NY.  Thats what my sister did on her sweet sixteen, and now she never stops talking about, and she 18! It pisses me off sometimes. But anyway, thats your best bet for clubs and a good time.
