Answer for Reasons for leaving job?

I just started a job as coordinator. Agency manager wanted the company to hire the case manager for the position. As the position required masters degree, her wishes was denied. Agency manager likes the case manager, and she cannot catch it. Now, both are giving me a hard time. The manager is not recognizing my job, and is turning down my qualifications in front of executive director. This one started to believe her, and they are turning my life miserable. I am thinking to leave the job. I need some feedback!
