Answer if you done it before.. I have a battery and a hard drive from dell they were replacements?

I have a battery and a hard drive that dell sent me. What actions does dell take if you do not send the old or damaged things back (I:E) fine, void warranty, or not help you in tech support

Depends on your warranty plan - usually you do have to return them; it's a void warranty and you will have to pay them. To be sure just give them a phone and ask - say that nobody told you what to do with them so you're in the clear.
