I will tell you that why I want animax in Hindi and English

Because I want Naruto , Dragonball Z and Bleach on Animax and this will only happen when animax will get ads,you know how less ads are coming on Animax

No ads-No money No money-No Naruto,Dragonball Z and Bleach

their is some popularity of animax in metro cities but in Small cities like Jabalpur, Rewa, Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Raipur,e.t.c People do not know is there is a channel named Animax and cable operator do not show this channel . go and verify.

Let you known something,If you are talking about the Japaneses dub so even English dub could not match it.

Animax started in 2004 not in 2002 and it shows hindi dub only for Kids (7-14 ages)

If you want to watch in English so just change the language in your DTH remotes.
