2. how fast is a boxers punch on average in a lightweight boxer or a heavyweight boxer

3. what is the psi average to a regular boxers punch

No idea about the last two, but didnt HBO say the average HW throws like 47 punches a round, or something lik that.

My right hand has been measured at 2,458 psi.  Not sure how hard that is but I think it's decent.

2- Well depends on how you want it measured (KPH/MPH?)
