How do you get the cat costume in soul calibur 4? whenever someone asks this it gets deleted so i really need an answers! Please help and thanks in advance

Purchase Talla.  It is one of her default outfits and all the parts will be added to your inventory if you do.

Go to the character editor and spend 4,000 points to get her.  (That's dirt cheap too.)
