Answer this? How is my diet for today

I am 5'5, 115 pounds.

Today I woke up at 1 and decided to skip breakfast. So i had a baked potato and beans.

Then Later for a snack I had an icecream cone, and then an apple.

Later I had salmon, vegtibles, little potatos, and this orange vegtible mashed up forgot what it's called.

Later I had a small portion of fries, loads of carrots, broccoli and celery.

I know maybe I had a bit too much. But was this okay meals for today? And if yoou could estimate how many calories and fat? THANKYOU so much!

  1. First thing " don't skip break-fast " . A piece of toast, or a granola bar, or something to start your day ( and your metabolism ) will be the first thing you need to start your " healthy diet ".

    and that wont make you gain

  4. Your eating a lot of Carbohydrates-Baked Potato,Beans,Little Potatos,French Fries, and the other vegetables & Salmon,milk,ice cream,apple

    Myself- I would have made Poached Salmon W/ sauteed Apples and Broccoli and dried cranberries. !/2 baked potato. The milk,ice cream and a banana I would have made a shake to go with it!
