Ok.. so I ran 100m's today and got my friend to time me. I know this probably sounds c**p but I got 13.75, considering I ran on grass and I wore normal k-swiss trainers. Does grass slow you down??

  1. yes, the uneven ness of grass and the height may have a factor

  4. I think it would, but not too much.

  5. Yes, grass gives more resistance and a softer push off than a track or road.  It's easier on the knees and ankles, but slower.
