Answer to my former question about problem boss?

Question

I only ask my manager maybe once a week...It only takes her 5 minutes to look up the numbers/stats. I also increase her team numbers and she would stand to make a profit if I won the bonus money. Although, one of the other managers in our department is best friends with my manager and she has one of the other people that I am in direct competition with in our department on her team. I really feel that many of the managers are very unprofessional. Any thoughts?
