Answer to my question " grab a seat "?

I asked and this was my wording...

I have heard of " grab a seat " for airtravelers.

Can anybody tell me what it involves ? Does it mean I have to wait all day at the airport and wait for a "cheap seat " when one comes available ?

Only one answer to this question,,,, and this is what it was......wait for it...........

"THAT IS ECACTLY WHAT IT MEANS"

And that from a .... .......wait for it................ "top contributor"

There was no explanation if I had to wait at the airport or what else was involved. and THAT is what I wanted to know.
